UPCOMING WORK

CBG has commenced with the sheeting and shoring operations, which are scheduled to continue through the summer of 2024. Wet and dry utilities are substantially complete except for a waterline at the intersection of 19th Street and N Moore Street. Currently, concrete is projected to begin in May 2024.

March 2024

The relocation of wet and dry utilities continues along North Lynn Street, 19th Street, North Moore Street, 20th Street, and Langston Boulevard have been substantially completed. The last remaining wet utility is a waterline at the corner of 19th Street and N Moore Street.

Public utilities including AT&T, L3, and Dominion have now commenced their scope of work.

March 2024

Sheeting and shoring and installation of tie-backs has commenced in January 2024 and continue through the summer of 2024.
