UPCOMING WORK

CBG Building Company is approaching a significant milestone as we top out the structure of the building in August 2025, with the bridge construction continuing through September 2025. Exterior framing and facade will continue through the end of 2025.

Dominion Energy (DEV) is expected to commence with managing their work associated with permanent power along N Lynn and 19th Street in July/August 2025, which is expected to take through the end of 2025 to complete.
